Defender of Fatherland Day. Congrats!
February 23 18.00
February 23 – Defender of the Fatherland Day.
OMERTEX is congratulating former / current soldiers and officers on this day.
First celebrated in 1919 the holiday marks the date in 1918 during the Russian Civil War when the first mass draft into the Red Army occurred in Petrograd and Moscow (on 17 February). In January 1919 it was decided to combine the celebration that day with the anniversary of the publication of the decree on the establishment of the Red Army (of 18 February 1918). In 1919 February 17 fell on Monday; so it was decided to move the holiday to the nearest Sunday – 23 February. Since then it stayed that day. It was originally known as Red Army Day. In 1923 it was officially named the Day of the Red Army and the Navy.
Today, our employees enjoy cakes, pizza, etc.
"Code not bombs!"
Happy Valentine's Day! Congrats!
February 13 18.00
Valentine's Day is a holiday observed on February 14 each year.
OMERTEX People share warm feelings each day.
Valentine's Day symbols that are used today include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten valentines have given way to mass-produced greeting cards.

Intellectual Competitions in Sports Bar
January 28 18.00
Geek Battle #3 went great, thank you very much. In a friendly atmosphere of the sports bar "Bristle" experts from OMERTEX, Taucraft, Atlant Telecom, and Belarusbank took the lead (1st place) in round #6, but lost (took the 2nd place) in the Super-round to team "Trololo". Next time our team called "Four" will gather strength, and we will be able to present more than 14 mobile operating systems (OS), excluding versions, in a minute.
As a reward, our team members have received T-shirts "I do not need Google", very cool.
We Celebrated New Year: Retrospective
January 01 12.00
This year of the Horse has not been easy as we were galloping and almost ran out of breath. However, the year eventually turned out to be a moderately successful one. New members joined the crew to release several robust products. Overall, we did a good job and say thanks to all who participated in the long run.
The party was fabulous indeed. Skip any dress code, forget about the software code, and add some vodka / wine / whiskey and dance – the greatest recipe of all.
New Knowledge Every Day
December 21 12.00
Cards with messages had been sporadically created and posted by individuals since the creation of postal services. The earliest known picture postcard was a hand-painted design on card, posted in London to the writer Theodore Hook in 1840 bearing a penny black stamp. He probably created and posted the card to himself as a practical joke on the postal service, since the image is a caricature of workers in the post office (source: Wikipedia).
Always Care about Warm Relationships

In case anyone wants to receive a handmade postcard in the future, request one at our corporate website www.omertex.com along with your RFP please as you should probably know we are software developers here.
